MChat Inbox

MChat Inbox is the mobile inbox for teams running MChat chatbots. Every conversation your bots handle on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and your website lands in one list, and any of them can be taken over by a person in one tap.

ONE INBOX

Assigned, unassigned and closed conversations across every channel, with the channel marked on each one. See what the bot said last and who is handling it.

TAKE OVER FROM THE BOT

Open any conversation and reply as yourself. The bot steps back, your message goes out on the same channel, and the history stays in one thread.

KNOW WHO YOU ARE TALKING TO

Name, phone, email, the page they came from, which bot qualified them and what it collected. Add labels so the rest of the team can follow.

NOTIFICATIONS YOU CHOOSE

Get told when a chat is assigned to you, when someone replies on your chat, when a conversation sits unassigned, or when an SLA is breached. Nothing else.

ACTIVE OR OFFLINE

Flip your status and chats stop being routed to you. Switch between workspaces if you run more than one MChat account.

FIND ANYTHING

Search closed conversations by name, number or what was said, and reopen them.

MChat Inbox needs an MChat account. Sign in with the email and password from your MChat workspace. New to MChat? Visit m-chat.ai.
