Edutracker - Smart Fee Tracker

EduTracker is an all-in-one tuition management app and student fee tracker built for private tutors, coaching centers, tuition teachers, and educational organizations. Whether managing home tuition or a full-scale institute, EduTracker helps track student fees, organize batches, monitor payment history, identify pending dues, and send WhatsApp and SMS fee reminders. Designed for simplicity and offline-first use, it keeps important records accessible even without an internet connection for everyday tuition fee collection and follow-ups.

Smart Features for Educators

Student Management: Add and manage students with detailed profiles (name, phone, class, monthly/admission fees, entry date). Link siblings for cross-profile access and find records quickly using smart search.

Batch & Class Organization: Create batches with custom names, default fees, and flexible fee cycles (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly). Postpone inactive batches to keep your workspace organized.

Fee Tracking & Payments: Track monthly tuition fees with a tap. Toggle paid statuses, record bulk payments, and detect unpaid dues automatically with smart warnings. Switch between INR and USD currency formats.

WhatsApp & SMS Fee Reminders: Send fee reminders to students or parents through WhatsApp and SMS using available phone numbers. Make payment follow-ups easier and reduce the need to type repeated messages manually.

Detailed Reports & History: View monthly payment history by batch. Check due details with batch-wise breakdowns and access yearly summaries of collected and pending amounts using smooth swipe gestures.

Intelligent Notifications: Never miss a deadline with daily reminders, weekly payment reports, and monthly milestones. Get alerts for pending dues, achievements, or when manual cloud backup is needed.

Cloud Sync & Security: Data is stored locally and synced to Firebase Firestore when online. Protect your app with a 4-digit PIN, fingerprint, or passcode, with an 8-second background auto-lock.

Premium Features: Explore advanced tools such as batch editing, unlimited students per batch, and an ad-free experience.
