The ASSAM RIFLES GRIEVANCES SYSTEM is an official mobile application designed to provide serving personnel, veterans, and their families with a streamlined and transparent mechanism for submitting and tracking grievances. This platform reflects Assam Rifles’ continuous commitment to welfare, accountability, and timely support, ensuring that individuals can easily raise concerns and receive structured responses from the appropriate authorities.

The app enables users to lodge grievances across multiple categories, including administrative issues, welfare and pension matters, service-related queries, accommodation concerns, and general feedback. Each submission is securely recorded and forwarded to the concerned department, helping expedite the redressal process while maintaining clarity and ownership at every stage.
