KOOM-COM is the field application used by agents of the Senegalese Public Treasury and partner municipalities for managing municipal taxes.

It allows sworn agents to:

• Register taxpayers in the field (census)

• Manage local tax collection campaigns

• Record cash receipts of taxes

• Track taxpayers and public domain occupancy

• Work offline with automatic synchronization

Access is restricted to authorized agents of the Public Treasury and partner municipalities — authentication required.
