Sistema di gestione dei reclami PTA

Per facilitare gli utenti delle telecomunicazioni, PTA ha lanciato l'app mobile del sistema di gestione dei reclami (CMS). L'App ha le seguenti caratteristiche:

– Registrazione di reclami contro vari servizi, ad esempio servizi di telecomunicazione

offerto da fornitori di servizi, registrazione mobile/DIRBS, cellulare rubato

reclamo relativo a telefono/IMEI, reclamo relativo a contenuti Internet, ecc.

– Tracciamento del reclamo per visualizzarne lo stato.

– Feedback sul reclamo.

– Storia dei reclami del singolo utente.

– Consapevolezza dei consumatori su diverse questioni.
