Vision Teams organizes your church's schedule in one place. Those serving know when it's their turn; those leading create the monthly schedule without spreadsheets or group messages.

For those serving:

- Your next schedule opens on the first screen, showing the service, time, and role;

- Confirm attendance or notify that you can't attend with one tap;

- View the repertoire and the leader's message before the service;

- Mark which services you can serve at this month;

- Keep track of the church and ministry schedules;

- Request a schedule change when needed.

For those leading:

- Collect team availability and create the monthly schedule;

- Fill in the available slots by role, publish, and export to a spreadsheet;

- Manage people, roles, and the ministry's repertoire;

- Send announcements to the ministry, specific individuals, or the entire church.

The repertoire is integrated with Vision Cast: lyrics, key, and BPM of each song, ready for the screen.
