true+

true+ is the most extensive micronutrient database in the world! For the first time, this knowledge is in a single app. Your health starts here!

You're asking yourself one of these two questions:

+ Who will actually give me answers to my collected Health data, ?

+ Which micronutrients or vitamins will actually help with which symptoms or needs?

Alright, that's when you should read on and be sure to download this app.

Which micronutrient, vitamin, trace element - or whatever you want to call it - helps with what? Got it, vitamin C I'm supposed to take when I have a cold and magnesium when I exercise. Ginger's supposed to be good, too, and everyone's talking about vitamin D... But what do I need it for? What do these things stand for, and the biggest question remains unanswered worldwide: Which micronutrients will help with which symptom or need?

You suffer from insomnia or have heartburn? Fine, pick that symptom, we'll tell you what helps. And we won't tell you, what vitamin D or vitamin B12 stands for in general. No - we'll tell you, exactly, what effect a micronutrient has on your chosen symptom or need.

Maybe you're already having a bunch of micronutrients at home? Stop taking anything without knowing exactly what it will do for you. We're the first to finally tell you which micronutrient you really need, for what, and when.

You just ask true+, and off you go with your self-determined health. This incredible app will be your personal health advisor - there for you 24/7! Easy to do at home or on the go. No more hours of expensive consultations, no more endless and confusing searches on the internet. The app already knows you and your needs. Instead of guesswork, just put the science in true+.

+++ And how does it all work? +++

Just create your personal true+ profile in the app. If you want, you can also share your health data. Your data remains absolutely safe! We take your personal, collected health data into account, then integrating it into a self-learning system. So, you finally know which micronutrients or vitamins will match your lifestyle and your data structure. Sounds magic? It is.

As a user, make as many evaluations as you want. Whenever you need it. Take your life in your own hands and get to know yourself and your health better.

Oh, and one more left: We surely also explain to you, which of your foods will contain which micronutrients or vitamins. Isn't that alone already smart? We love it!
