Tales of Ascension is a hand-painted xianxia cultivation RPG. Begin as a mortal: summon disciples, arrange a 6v6 auto-battle formation, exploit Five-Element counters and break through Qi Refining, Foundation, Golden Core, Nascent Soul, Spirit Transformation, Void Refining, Fusion and Mahayana all the way to Tribulation — then cross from the mortal world into the Spirit Realm.

There are no VIP tiers and no paid-only heroes. Every disciple, every mode and every system is open to every player — you unlock them by playing. Summons use currency you earn in-game. Anything sold for real money that carries stats — outfits and mounts included — can also be earned in-game with Martial Order Tokens at the Black Market.
