⚠️ ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DISCLOSURE

Recordat uses the Android AccessibilityService API for one optional feature only: VOICE DICTATION (voice typing into other apps).

• What the service does — When you start a dictation, Recordat turns your speech into text and inserts that text into the text field you have focused in another app. If an app does not accept direct insertion, Recordat copies the text to the clipboard and triggers a paste, so the text still reaches the field you selected.

• What it accesses — Only the currently active screen and its editable text field, and only to deliver the text you dictated. Recordat does not read, store, log or share the content of your screen, your messages, your passwords or your keystrokes.

• When it runs — Only after you enable it yourself in Android Settings › Accessibility, and only during a dictation session you started.

• It is optional — Screen recording, Face-Cam, audio, video library and sharing all work without it. You can turn the service off at any time in Android Settings › Accessibility › Recordat.

Recordat never uses AccessibilityService to show ads, to tap or navigate for you, to read the content of other apps, or to collect personal data.
