Automatic Hours of Service Logging

Rock ELD records your Hours of Service (HOS) and duty status as required by the FMCSA ELD rule (49 CFR Part 395). While you are logged in, the app runs a foreground service, shown by a persistent notification, that records your vehicle's location at every duty status change and at regular intervals while driving. Because drivers must not use the phone while driving, this tracking continues even when the app is in the background or the screen is off. Location recording runs while you are logged in and stops when you log out.
