• Press and hold any message to copy it, translate it, or start selecting.
• Select several messages and copy the whole exchange at once, with names and timestamps included.
• Translate a visitor's message into your own language without leaving the chat. Pick your language from the chat menu.
• Long visitor names now fit on a single line in your conversation list.
