Nextel - Calls Tracker

Nextel - Calls Tracker helps sales and support teams keep every customer call in one place, so no lead is forgotten.

The app is for Nextel customers. Sign in with your phone number and a one-time code, and your team's calls appear in your Nextel account.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- See who to call back: missed calls and unanswered leads are collected in a simple Call back list.

- Track calls automatically: phone calls and WhatsApp calls are noted without any typing.

- Set follow-ups in seconds: pick a date and time for a lead, and your team sees it too.

- Open any lead in one tap: full call history, details, deals and notes.

- Call or message at once: call, open WhatsApp or save the contact straight from the lead page.

- Update lead details: change names, funnel stage and custom fields right from your phone.

- Works offline: your saved calls and leads stay available, and anything waiting is sent when the internet is back.

- Uploads in the background: calls are sent to your Nextel account even when the app is closed.

- Two SIMs: choose which SIM is your work SIM. Calls on your personal SIM are never saved.

- Light and dark mode.

YOUR PRIVACY

- Only the number, time, duration and type of each call are read. Audio is never recorded.

- WhatsApp tracking uses call notifications only. Your messages are never read.

- Contacts are used only to show saved names on calls.

- You choose each permission, and you can pause WhatsApp tracking at any time.

- You can read the privacy policy and request account deletion in the app under Help & status.
