MoveBox: Moving Inventory

Keep track of what you pack with MoveBox, an offline inventory for your move. Organize your belongings by move project, room and box, then record item names, quantities and box notes.

ORGANIZE YOUR MOVE

Create projects for your moves, add rooms and boxes, and edit your inventory as you pack. Record whole-number quantities from 1 to 9999.

KEEP BOX REFERENCES TOGETHER

Display a QR label for each box and use Paste code to look up a box already saved in this device's inventory. Labels identify a box; they do not contain its contents or transfer inventory between devices.

EXPORT YOUR RECORDS

Save your project inventory as a CSV file or PDF manifest. Create an A4 QR label-sheet PDF with up to four labels per page. Label sheets contain room names, box names and references, not item lists or private box notes. Print at 100% and cut along the outlines; these sheets are not a pre-cut adhesive-label template.

LOCAL STORAGE, CLEAR LIMITS

Your inventory is stored on this device. No account or cloud sync is needed. Uninstalling the app removes the local inventory. Save exports before uninstalling or changing devices. CSV and PDF exports are reference documents, not restorable backups, and cannot recreate your inventory in MoveBox.

Keep a readable record of your boxes, from packing to unpacking.
