Meet Milo, your voice on site.

Ask Milo to check you in, log a meter reading, raise a defect or say who is on site — gloves on, phone in your pocket. Siri answers without opening the app, and home screen widgets clock you in and out even when it is closed.

The app now fits a tablet or a folding phone properly.

Breaks finally come off your paid hours, and you stay signed in when you open up with no signal.

Your tickets and licences now live in your pocket.

My competencies shows what you hold, what is expiring and what is still waiting on approval. Add or renew one with a photo of each side, with or without signal.

Raise a variation on site too, with quantities, photos and the client signing on your screen.

The home card now lists each shift's forms. And picking a photo with no signal no longer freezes the app.

Job detail now carries the job itself.

Depending on what your account shares, the shift screen can show the description, the site path, who to call, the client's number, the days still to come on that job and its documents. Tap a number to ring it. A document you have opened before opens again with no signal.

Site inductions arrive with the site already filled in, and an HSEQ issue now carries the machine you raised it from.

Your shift now tells you which forms you owe.

Job detail lists every form the shift needs, who has done what and when each is due, and opens them already filled in from the shift. Submit one with no signal and the row says so instead of letting you fill it twice. Supervisors see the whole crew's, grouped by person.

Photos now show full width on form results.

Plus a faster answer on a bad connection, and fixes for dark mode and client names.

  Your timesheet is fillable again.

The default timesheet was opening with every field locked — worker, role, client, project, order, activities and breaks. That is fixed. Fill it in and submit it as you always did.

More of your work is ready offline, too. Your account now sets how many days come down to the phone, and a day arrives complete: shifts, timesheets, roles, activities and breaks.

Tidier screens throughout, and page titles finally read in your own language.

  Clock on from your phone.

Start your shift from the home card and the clock runs while you work. Switch activity, take a break, pause, then check out — your timesheet is already waiting, filled in with the hours you just did. Not rostered on? Pick the job, role and activity yourself. All of it works with no signal.

Also in this release: pay rates now apply to timesheets you file from the app, and activities assigned to your tag show up in My Queue.

The app now works without signal.

Fill out forms, complete your shift's timesheet and take photos in a dead zone. Everything you capture is saved on the device and syncs itself the moment the bars come back, and a sync queue shows what is still waiting.

Documents travel with you too: reference files, uploads and submitted files open offline once you have opened them once online.

Also in this release: asset class is now editable on Assignar-managed assets.
