Redbooth Dial

Discover the latest app from Redbooth: Redbooth Dial.

With the Dial app, now teams can communicate in real-time and on the go, getting work done faster and more efficiently.

• Start a phone call with anyone in your team

• Capture action items after a successful call by creating a task in Redbooth

• Remind yourself to call back if the call isn't successful

• Show the caller ID when someone from Redbooth calls you

• Quickly jump to the Redbooth app and chat with your colleagues

• See your team's availability with a real-time presence indicator

To receive the phone calls in the right device, make sure your Redbooth user has a properly configured phone number (including the international prefix e.g. +1 555-555-5555). If the user doesn't have a phone number configured, the application will ask for it after logging in.
