HiOrg-Server

HiOrg-Server is the leading provider in the field of digital employee portals for aid organizations. The self-service software supports the planning of events such as services or courses, and simplifies the personnel planning of employees, as well as material and training.

This free mobile device app gives you access to all event details. As an employee, you can report directly to services, courses or appointments.

All important information is summarized on an overview page. Carry out an action for any number of events at the same time, e.g. report or transfer to the calendar.

If you wish, you will be informed immediately of important events, such as new events or required staff, via a push notification. Keep important information or delete no longer interesting notifications with ease.

Find all the contact details of your colleagues quickly and start a call, e-mail, SMS or a map display (including route calculation) with one click.

Would you like to inform members of your friends about an event? This is not a problem with the sharing function. Send a link to the event, e.g. via Messenger or email. By clicking on this link, the app opens for the recipient and shows the event details.

Documents about your organization, events or members can be viewed and acknowledgment confirmed.

All important data on events and members are also stored offline on your device, so that you can access all important information even without an Internet connection.

Enter your short-term or planned absences easily in the app, so your dispatcher always has an overview of staff availability.

Regardless of whether it is work assignments, material care or vehicle maintenance, record your helper hours directly in the app.

With the appropriate authorization, you can send e-mails or SMS messages with predefined text modules to a recipient list, which you can filter according to your own specifications.

Manage multiple user accounts in the app and switch between them with just one click. Even if you do not know your password at the moment, you can request a Magic link via the app, which will log you into the app from an email.

With just one click you can log into the web application through the app and on your smartphone without having to re-enter your access data.
