Guard Patrol - Tour & Track

Guard Patrol is a simple security guard app for tracking patrols, scanning checkpoints and sending incident reports from the phone in your pocket. Whether you run a security company, manage a residential society, or handle an in-house team at an office or factory, Guard Patrol gives you clear proof that the work was done and clean reports your clients will actually read.

We built it for real conditions on the ground. Guards can scan a QR code or tap an NFC tag at each checkpoint, and every scan is stamped with the time, the guard's name and the GPS location. If the phone loses signal, the app keeps working and syncs everything the moment it comes back online.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH GUARD PATROL

Scan checkpoints in seconds

Use QR codes or NFC tags at gates, floors, exits, machines or any spot you want checked. Each scan captures the time, the guard, and the GPS location, so there is no guesswork later.

Track patrol routes on a map

See the live location trail of every guard, the order they hit each checkpoint, and get alerts if someone strays outside a geofenced area or skips a stop.

Keep guards on schedule

Set up shifts, patrol reminders and alerts for late or missed checkpoints. Supervisors know right away when something is off, not the next morning.

Custom checklists and post orders

Add site specific forms, safety checks and tasks at each checkpoint. Guards see exactly what to do and confirm it right there in the app.

Instant incident reports

Log incidents with photos, notes and location, then share a clean PDF by email or export. Daily activity reports go out on their own so clients get proof of service without you chasing anyone.

Multiple sites in one place

Manage many properties from one dashboard, with roles and permissions for guards, supervisors and clients so everyone sees only what they need.
