Foly is an AI character chat app with no fixed ending — the story changes with what you say and do.

Pick a story and the conversation starts in the middle of the scene, with AI characters who answer as people living in that world.

■ Open Stories — no fixed ending

From heart-fluttering romance to fantasy and mystery, pick a standalone story and step right in.

There's no script, so it changes with what you ask and where you go — and when the story stalls, someone else in that world steps in and moves the scene.

Write actions between asterisks, like *I open the door*, and the character shows you what happens.

Read it your way: novel style, like a book, or chat style, in speech bubbles.

■ What if you'd said it differently? — Branches

Restart from any earlier message and the story splits into a new branch.

Paths you didn't take stay on the branch tree, so you can pick them up again anytime.

■ Play it with friends

Share a message with a friend and a branch in their name starts from that point. You can invite up to 5 friends.

Up to 3 people talk together on one branch with no turns; on different branches each of you carries on your own story.

■ Create your own story

In the Create tab, make your own character and opening scene, and polish them with a test chat.

Stories you submit for publishing are reviewed by our team before anyone else can see them.

■ Chats that fit you

Set your name and intro in the story with a persona, and leave user notes on what you'd like from the character.

You can see and edit what the character remembers, and regenerate the last reply.

■ Pricing

Signing up is free. Stories are free to start, and each character reply uses Crys, the in-app currency.

The default chat comes with free messages every day, and Crys can also be earned through daily check-ins and inviting friends.

■ AI notice and safety

Every character is an AI, and the app tells you so.

You can report character profiles, chat messages, and stories and creators made by users, and reports are reviewed by our team.

We apply a zero-tolerance policy to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
