• Turn on "Stopwatch hundredths" in the settings
• Shown on the floating stopwatch (Classic, Radio and Wood themes) and on the main screen
• Pausing shows the exact time to the hundredth
• Off by default, no battery impact if you don't use it
Also: the plain notification no longer updates every second (no more smartwatch buzzing).
