ELE CM-12/13 Theme

Version 1.0

This is a small theme for the CM-12, it goes in blue color with transparent statusbar. I might put more things in the theme in the future depending on the time

Warning: boot animation that is included in the theme is 1080 pixels, and is the first version of the CM-12 with white background
