Zeacon

Important Note: Zeacon is currently in BETA mode. You have been invited to participate in helping us shape this platform. We ask for your support and patience as we go through this development effort; however, our intent and vision is very clear below.

Zeacon is the Must-Have app when you need to quickly connect with someone around you in real-time, all based on a common interest or goal. We want to create a platform that fosters deeper one on one, and community connections.

Zeacon’s vision is to create an environment where users can safely connect on-line first and then seamlessly bridge to off-line shared interactions and experiences. Everyone has a passion, hobby or interest and our goal and mission is to connect you with others in real-life and in real-time [IRL/IRT] based the things that matter most to both of you.

With Zeacon the possibilities are endless:

- Discover — Get an overview of what’s going on in your neighborhood and community and see what’s new. Get recommendations on great deals and offer that matter most to you.

- Search — Enter what you’re looking for and see results around you such as people, groups, events, and promotions that match your immediate needs.

- Connect — Get to know like-minded folks who are into the things you’re into.

- Interact — Want to let people know about your basketball interests, book club or any other sort of hobby? Use Zeacon to reach out to your community and neighbors.

Key points:

- We are BETA testing our app first in the Seattle area.

- The app is FREE to use for both users, service providers and businesses

- We ask for your patience and support through this trial and BETA process. If you have any questions, concerns or feedback, please email support@zeacon.com

About Zeacon:

At Zeacon, we are all passionate about creating a better community. We’re a group of seasoned business professionals with a passion for helping others, entrepreneurs with a maverick spirit, and creatives who love data and analytics. We know what successful social and digital technology can do and what it can’t. We understand today’s user and business challenges when it comes to social media. We want to help solve these issues. Zeacon is trying to fill the most basic of all human needs — genuine and real-time connections.

Why? - Social media was created to make us think we are connecting but in reality it’s an illusion pushing us further out and further isolating us. Today’s SM platform allows for basic, if not only shallow connections. SM platforms today are designed to keep us connected with our phone and not meant to connect us with others in real-life and in real-time.
