Recv’d lets you count and check the quality of every delivery you receive. When you are finished click save and Recv’d will make a Purchasing Invoice, integrate it with your accounting system ready for you to pay without any extra data entry. Integrate

When you process and exchange information with paper you have to do the work two or three times to computerise it. Paper based systems reduce efficiency and introduces a loss of data quality as transcribed data is always different to the original (just like Chinese whispers).

Our integration setup is quick and painless, within a few clicks you will be able use any of the suppliers and inventory from your business system within Recv’d. Recv'd creates a digital delivery receipt that can automatically create a draft purchase invoice in your business system which is ready to be reviewed and queued for payment.

You can now search and import inventory from linked suppliers if they have allowed it

You can now create, edit and delete suppliers

Delivery Receipts where an inventory item has an issue identified (faulty, out of date etc) will automatically create a claim and ask if you want to open it in the Claim'd app.

You can now navigate back and forth from Claim'd to Recv'd if the Claim and Delivery are related to one another
