Envoy Rooms

Make conference room booking easier for everyone in your office. Envoy Rooms helps your team easily to find and book the right room, get data on rooms usage, and free up unused space so your teams can collaborate whenever and wherever.

How Envoy Rooms works:

See each room’s schedule and availability

Find an available meeting room instantly with green, yellow, and red indicators at each door. Simply walk up to a room, check out its schedule, book it instantly, and start your meeting.

Book a nearby room

Built with employees in mind, Envoy’s mobile location-detecting technology recommends the nearest available room for ad hoc meetings -- just tap to book and start your meeting.

Check-in on Slack & Microsoft Teams

Get reminders on Slack or Microsoft Teams to check into a reserved room. Whether you’re already in the room or across the office, you can secure your reservation for a smooth start.

Make smarter decisions about your space usage

See how your team uses meeting space by tracking data on meetings held, canceled, auto-released, or scheduled in the moment. Use these insights to design the right workplace for your team.
