Draw Shadow brings tracing, practice and creative tools into one studio. Browse visual subject collections, find a drawing reference and make it your own.

TRACE AND COMPOSE

Use camera or on-screen tracing to position a reference. Adjust its scale, rotation, opacity and perspective. For paper tracing, use a stable phone stand and a well-lit surface.

FIND YOUR NEXT SUBJECT

Explore categories and search the curated reference library. Starter references are included on your phone. Additional references need an internet connection unless you have saved an available content pack for offline use. Content availability depends on your age group, content settings and downloaded packs.

PRACTISE AND EXPLORE

Follow guided lessons, track local progress and set optional practice reminders. Turn a photo you select into a sketch or drawing study on your device. Explore lettering, colour palettes, value maps and numbered painting guides. Plan a large drawing across sheets with Big Draw and export a PDF. Build a playful 2D scene, then save a PNG or animated GIF.

KEEP YOUR OWN WORK

Save new creations on your phone and make a separate copy with Backup & restore. Exported files go to the destination you choose. No Draw Shadow sign-in is required for the local studio. Compatible previous-version progress can be viewed as read-only history; older coins and collection references are not converted into current rewards or access.

AGES AND AVAILABILITY

Draw Shadow is designed for a mixed audience, including older children, teenagers and adults. Availability and eligible ages depend on the app version, regional content rating and applicable age controls. Children should use the app with a parent or guardian. Age-restricted services and external sharing can require additional safeguards or remain unavailable.

DEVICE AND CONNECTION NOTES

This version requires Android 8.0 or later. Camera tools need camera permission. Surface-based AR needs a compatible device and Google Play Services for AR; availability varies by device. Camera Trace and Screen Trace remain separate tools. Drawing results depend on lighting, positioning and practice.

The app includes advertising for eligible users, with ads kept away from active drawing screens. Ads may be unavailable depending on age and consent settings. AI generation, account sync and paid plans are not available in this release.
