Dialer Calling

Dialer Calling is a focused calling app for sales and outreach teams. Work through the leads assigned to you, place calls in a tap, record the outcome, and keep every conversation organised.

KEY FEATURES

• Dialer: your queue of assigned leads, ready to call, with a live performance snapshot of calls made, connected and pending.

• Call history: every call and lead in one searchable list, with status and last-called date filters to find any lead quickly.

• Lead details: contact info, call log and notes at a glance, with quick actions to call, update the status or set a callback.

• Import leads: admins can import lead lists and assign them to the right agent.

• Campaigns: switch between campaigns and keep each list separate.

• Light and dark themes designed to be easy on the eyes.

• Secure sign-in with the account created by your organisation, and password change from your profile.

Dialer Calling is built for teams whose agents are set up by an administrator. An account provided by your organisation is required to sign in.
