Direct Repairs Block Manager

Direct Repairs Block Manager

The new standard in property maintenance and repairs reporting for block premises.

No more lengthy phone calls to report and explain maintenance issues. The Direct Block app allows you to simply take a photo or record a short video of the problem using your mobile device. The issue is then sent directly to your agent or landlord to arrange the necessary repairs for you.

Email notifications are received when the status of your repair changes and you can track it easily along the way.

What’s more, the app is completely free for block managers to use.

For agents and landlords, our aim is to help you by simplifying the letting repairs reporting system both for your tenants and more importantly for your business, in order to save you time and money.

Our Direct Repairs Block Management maintenance app provides you with a simple hassle free way of managing repairs in your occupied properties.

Gone are the days of expensive, complicated software systems or the endless cryptic phone calls from tenants. We've removed the language barrier and with our Direct Block app we give you the platform to organise all of your incoming maintenance issues via one simple app. Whether in the office or on the go, keep track of your business with our professional app any time anywhere.
