2.0.1 fixes and polish:
• New MAPS tab: build maps on any theme you've unlocked, then edit, delete and play them (Options → My Maps).
• Fixed a Map Editor crash, and BACK overlapping PLAY on some tablets.
• Skins, achievements, challenges, turn banners, HUD labels and the privacy summary are now translated.
• King of the Hill: the computer no longer wastes turns shooting walls.
