Partly cloudy nights no longer read Excellent: above 20% cloud a night is Good at best, above 40% Fair at best, and more cloud always scores lower. Best Window is graded on the same scale as the night, counts the moon only while it is up, and humid nights are marked down less. Tonight's cards use tonight's dark hours, not the current hour.
