ASHARE

ASHARE is an app designed to promote physical activity and prevent mental health problems for workers. Based on your physical activity patterns and work style information, artificial intelligence technology is used to predict depression and anxiety for the next day.

The app uses information such as physical activity data, gender, age, and employment status recorded on the user's smartphone to predict the mood of the next day in three levels: "sunny," "cloudy," and "rainy." A "depression/anxiety score" is presented. ASHARE also provides feedback comments on predicted results.

Mood prediction results and physical activity data are shared among users according to their wishes. Users can view data on workers with similar characteristics based on basic attributes (age, gender, etc.), employment status (occupation, employment status, etc.), and types of physical activity they like. increase. Users who can maintain particularly low levels of depression and anxiety are counted as "best performers", and their physical activity patterns can be viewed.

* To use this app, you must have "Healthcare" for iOS and "Google Fit" for Android installed separately from ASHARE.
