About Capture Notes: Pin Screenshot
Capture any part of your screen and pin it on top of other apps. Pin text too.
[What is Capture Notes?]
Capture your screen, crop the part you need, and pin it as a floating window on top of any app.
You can also pin images from your gallery, photos, and text.
[Pin to screen]
- Capture the screen and pin just the part you need
- Take a photo and pin it right away
- Pin images or text from your gallery, clipboard, or the Share menu
- Recognize text in an image and pin it as text (Latin, Korean, Japanese, Chinese)
[Control your popups]
- Drag to move, and drag the bottom-right corner to resize
- Adjust opacity and turn on touch-through to use the app underneath
- Minimize, rotate, flip, show an outline, or bring to front
- Save a popup's position and size, and pin it the same way later
- Customize the double-tap action and the menu order
[Notes]
Captured images and text are saved as notes, so you can pin them again anytime.
Search, sort, Trash, and note lock are supported.
[Capture faster]
- Floating capture button
- Quick Settings tile
- Home screen shortcut
[Backup & restore]
- Back up to a file on your device
- Keep up to 5 backups in Google Drive (Premium)
[When to use it]
- Keep an account number or gift card code on screen while you type it
- Keep a reference image next to your drawing
- Cover part of the screen
- Keep a photo of someone you love on your screen
[Premium]
The basic features are free.
Premium removes ads, lets you pin multiple popups at once, and unlocks every feature, including opacity, rotation, saved positions, and Google Drive backup.
You can also try Premium for free by watching ads.
[Required permissions]
- Display over other apps: Used to pin images and text on top of other apps.
- Notifications: Used to show controls for hiding or closing popups.
- Storage (Android 9 and below): Used to save and load images.
[Use of the Accessibility Service API]
By default, this app uses Android's Media Projection API to capture the screen.
On Android 11 and later, the app can also capture the screen with the Accessibility Services API, so you can capture without the screen-capture prompt.
This app is not an accessibility tool. It uses the accessibility service only for screen capture.
It does not collect or share any user data through the accessibility service.
Screen capture through the accessibility service runs only with your explicit consent and request.
You can turn off the accessibility permission at any time.
