389 Konvene

389 Konvene is a closed event management system for conferences, AGMs, board meetings, and corporate gatherings where structure, security, and smooth execution are non-negotiable.

1. Your event, in your pocket: Every attendee logs into a personalised portal with everything they need, before they reach the door.

2. No printed badge. No queue: Each attendee carries a unique QR badge on their phone. One scan at the entrance and they are in.

3. Event details: Everything they need to know, before they ask.

Venue, agenda, speakers and location, all surfaced inside the app so attendees arrive fully informed.

4. Meal passes, handled digitally: Lunch, dinner, VIP access. Each pass is a secure, single-use ticket that cannot be reused once scanned.

5. Event networking tool: Delegates browse a live directory, send a connection request, and share real contact details instantly once approved.

6. Live voting and AGM polls in the app: Run live polls or hold a formal AGM vote inside the app. Attendees vote, organisers see results in real time, and every response is logged.

Part of the 389 Xperience suite by 389 Group Ltd, for organisers who need everything in order before, during, and after the event.
