Regain: Focus & Control

Regain helps students stop scrolling and study. Pick the apps that distract you, start a focus timer, and Regain keeps them locked until you're done.

FOCUS SESSIONS

• Timer, stopwatch or Pomodoro, with breaks you choose

• Blocked apps stay locked for the whole session, even if you swipe Regain away

• Calming nature sounds (rain, waves, birds) and a live timer bubble over your other apps

BLOCK WHAT DISTRACTS YOU

• Lock Instagram, YouTube, games, browsers and any other app

• Focus schedules that turn on by themselves, like "Morning study, 6–9 AM"

• Screen Time on your Home screen: see where your day went

STUDY TOGETHER

• Join focus groups for your exam (JEE, NEET, UPSC, SAT, IELTS…) or make your own

• Weekly leaderboards with Gold, Silver and Bronze leagues

• Send reactions and wake-up nudges to friends who haven't studied yet

• Invite friends and earn free PRO

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

• Daily goal ring, focus history and achievements from 1 hour to 1000 hours

• Home-screen widgets

REGAIN PRO

• Strict Mode: no way to stop until the timer ends

• Block Shorts and Reels, and YouTube Study Mode (only your study channels play)

• Website blocking, adult-site blocking and Browser Study Mode

• Block the home screen and notifications during focus

• Uninstall Protection, unlimited schedules, Pomodoro and the full week and month view

PRIVACY

Regain uses Android's Accessibility service to lock the apps you choose and, if you turn them on, to spot Shorts, Reels and websites on screen. That screen content is checked on your phone and never stored or sent anywhere. Details: https://regain-legal.vercel.app/privacy
