Grim Hand is a dark fantasy roguelike deckbuilder for phones. Pick up a sword and your hand fills with sword cards. Switch to a bow and the whole deck changes with you. What you carry decides what you can do, so every weapon you find rewrites the next fight.

A blacksmith loses his family. What follows is not a triumph. It is four acts of trying to live with it.

TURN-BASED CARD COMBAT

Enemies strike after every single card you play, not once per round. There is no wasted turn and no safe turn. Read the board, choose the card, live with the consequence.

ROGUELIKE RUNS, PERMANENT DEATH

Every run deals you a different deck across a different map. Death is final. No checkpoints, no continues, no second chances — you start again, and you start smarter. Permadeath is the point, not the punishment.

A DUNGEON CRAWLER WITH TEETH

Four acts of hand-drawn dark fantasy. Camps to rest at, a forge to upgrade at, curious events that can save a run or end it, and bosses that will end it more often. A monster bestiary fills in as you meet what lives down there.

Earn souls between runs and equip them to reshape the next one. Not one of them is a flat damage bonus. Each asks you to play a different way, and a bad pairing will get you killed.
