New: the Sci-Fi Expansion, 15 materials from the far edge of physics: black holes that swallow tanks, lasers, plasma, antimatter, force fields, fusion cores, hyper-acid, the false vacuum and more. Every sci-fi scene in the library is free to watch. Also: hold your finger on the scene to add a projectile or target, now with a clear hint; smoother on many Android phones; shells fired from a gun barrel no longer fall apart.

New: make any projectile spin. Tick "spin" in the scene panel and set the RPM: axes, saw blades and darts tumble through the air and hit with their spin. New: radial mirror in the editor, repeating your stroke around the centre in as many copies as you like. Fixed: long darts thrown slowly no longer bend like spaghetti.

Fixed: armour plates torn off a tank could fly back toward the shot, and some tanks slid backwards after a hit. Loose pieces now move only as the impact pushes them. Stability improvements.

Hypervelocity shots: above 4,500 m/s the boiling metal lights a flash and a glowing plasma cloud, and the speed slider now goes up to 5,000 m/s. The shock wave heats the armour around the impact. Tank gun barrels no longer bend and fall off after an RPG hit. Stability improvements.

Choose metric or imperial units (ft, lb, °F) in Settings. Molten metal no longer makes tanks fall apart. Fewer freezes on older and lower-end phones. New phone layout: floating menus, Fire on the left and Record always at hand. Favorites and a Delete button in the Library. More realistic penetration and faster physics. Thanks to NerdWord for the interface ideas.

New phone layout: the menus float at the top, Fire sits on the left and Record is always at hand. Favorites and a visible Delete button in the Library. Tanks no longer fall apart after a light hit or a while after a shot. More realistic penetration: tank shells stay whole and go through the armour the real ones did, tungsten carbide no longer turns to dust and molten metal flows. Faster physics. Thanks to NerdWord for the interface ideas.

16 new real-world rounds, from the A-10's 30 mm and the Iowa's 16-inch shell to the .50 family, a 155 mm shell and an 81 mm mortar. More realistic tank shells: WWII armour-piercing rounds keep their shape and go through the armour they really could. Redesigned anatomical dummies, cast iron that breaks into pieces and smoother scenes with lots of debris. Lock targets and projectiles in place while you set up a shot. Workshop button in the Library and the editor.

More realistic tank shells: World War II armour-piercing rounds now have a hard steel nose under the cap, keep their shape on impact and go through the armour they really could, at speeds closer to the real guns. More realistic penetration physics for heavy rounds. Redesigned human dummies with a more anatomical body. Cast iron breaks into pieces instead of crumbling to dust. Smoother scenes with lots of flying debris. Workshop button in the Library and the editor.

Armor Sandbox now speaks Spanish and Chinese: the whole game, from the menus to every material sheet, is in Español and 简体中文. Pick it in the language selector at the top, or the game opens in your phone's language. New setting to choose how much the action slows down on impact. The smooth recording option no longer brakes hard on explosions or jumps in speed. Plus stability improvements.

New Missiles category with three detailed missiles: the AIM-9 Sidewinder, the AIM-120 AMRAAM and the S-400's 48N6. Videos you record now carry the game's sound, even when muted, and a new smooth recording option in Settings keeps them smooth even in heavy scenes. The game starts faster, slow motion after an impact is gentler, debris no longer speeds off unnaturally, and target and projectile strength can now be set separately.
